  • When will my order be shipped?

    Orders will ship the same business day as long as orders are placed before 5 pm Eastern and the products are available in our warehouse. Otherwise, orders generally ship from our warehouse within 1-3 business days of receipt of your order, subject to product availability. Refer to the charts below for fees. Terms and Conditions are also listed below.

  • My order does not contain perishable items. When will they be shipped, and what are your shipping rates?

  • My order contains perishable items. When will they be shipped, and what are your shipping rates?

    Perishable items ship Monday - Wednesday only. Orders containing perishable items require special packaging and are not available to APO/FPO or P.O. boxes. Note: Expedited shipping is required for perishable items shipping to the continental U.S.

  • I live in Arizona. Will my order ship free?

    Free shipping applies to ground shipping on orders weighing up to 10 lbs. shipped to Arizona. Some exclusions apply.

  • Why am I incurring additional shipping and handling charges?

    Due to the size or weight of certain products, additional shipping & handling charges may be incurred at time of shipment. On our site, this distinction is noted in the item's description. Any order whose total aggregate weight exceeds 10 lbs may incur additional shipping & handling charges.

  • When will I receive my order if I request Shipping Next Day Air or Red Label Overnight?

    When you choose Next Day or Overnight delivery, the day you place your order does not count as a shipping day. Therefore, if you placed your order today, before 10 a.m. East Coast Time, for Overnight Delivery your package (if it is in stock) will be delivered the day after tomorrow. Of course, Saturday and Sunday do not count as delivery days. If you placed an order for Next Day service on a Friday, before 10 a.m. East Coast Time, it would ship on Monday and arrive on Tuesday. If you select overnight service, we may use a private carrier or other means to get it to you as promised. There are no refunds. No exceptions.

  • When will I receive my order if I request Shipping 2nd Day Delivery?

    When you choose 2nd Day delivery, the day you place your order does not count as a shipping day. So, for example, if you placed your order on a Wednesday, your package (if it is in stock) will be delivered the following Monday. Saturday and Sunday do not count as delivery days. We may use a private carrier or other means to get it to you as promised. There are no refunds. No exceptions.

  • Am I able to ship orders to Canada?

    Please check your country's restrictions on specific supplements prior to placing your order, Hi-Health will be unable to ship any products restricted by destination country. If destination country returns package to sender due to restrictions, unclaimed or denied delivery customer will be refunded difference between shipping & handling and original charge of order. Delivery time is a guideline for receipt at your customs office. International customers will be responsible for all customs fees, tariffs or duties, if required, and are not refundable by Hi-Health.

  • What happens if the product I would like to purchase is on backorder?

    If the product you’d like is on back order, we’ll partial-ship your order immediately, then send you the out-of-stock item on "our nickel", via ground service—at no shipping cost to you—when it becomes available.
