Spicy Turkey Sausage Whey Egg Bake

  1. 1 dozen eggs
  2. 2 lbs. of Spicy Turkey Sausage (casings removed)
  3. 1 bag of 30 oz. of hash browns or southern small diced hash browns potatoes
  4. 2 c. diced green chilies 7oz.
  5. 2 c. of sliced mushrooms
  6. 3 c. of grated cheddar cheese
  7. 1-1/2 cup of milk
  8. 1 sm. onion sautéed
  9. I c. of jalapeno and artichoke dip heated
  10. 1 t. ground mustard
  11. 1 t. salt
  12. ½ t. pepper
  13. 1 teaspoon fresh garlic
  14. 1 T. chopped fresh oregano
  15. 1-1/2 scoops of Udder Bliss Whey, Unflavored
  1. Remove casing from sausage and cook in frying pan until pink with onion and fresh garlic. Crumble, drain and set aside. Sautee mushrooms in butter and set aside.
  2. In a large bowl whisk the eggs, mustard, salt, pepper and whey. Make sure that is smooth. Make sure the whey is mixed in and smooth.
  3. Pour the hash browns into a greased 14 x 9 baking dish.
  4. Pour 1/2 of cheese over the potatoes.
  5. Spoon the sausage and onion mixture along with the mushrooms evenly over the potatoes.
  6. Heat 1 cup of jalapeno artichoke dip and spread with the 2 cans of diced green chilies and remaining cheese over the sausage mixture.
  7. Pour the eggs, milk, dry mustard, salt, pepper and fresh oregano mixture over the ingredients.
  8. Cover and refrigerate overnight.
  9. Remove from the refrigerator 30 minutes before baking. Bake uncovered at 350 degrees for 50-55 minutes, depending on your oven, until the center is set.
  10. Let stand 10 minutes before serving.

Udder Bliss Waffles

  1. 1 cup Bob’s Red Mill Organic Pancake and Waffle Mix
  2. ¼ cup Udder Bliss Whey, Vanilla
  3. 2 eggs
  4. ¾ cup Almond Milk
  5. 2 Tbsp Canola Oil
  6. ¼ tsp Vanilla Extract
  7. ½ tsp Cinnamon
  1. Heat Iron for five minutes
  2. Spray on Pam (w/coconut oil) onto griddle
  3. Mix all ingredients with wisk
  4. Add more waffle mix or almond milk to get your desired consistency of the batter.

Sausage Breakfast Bites

  1. 1 lb spicy organic hormone free ground pork sausage
  2. 1 lb sage organic hormone free ground pork sausage
  3. 2 cups Bisquick
  4. 1 cup Udder Bliss Whey, Vanilla
  5. 4 cups grass fed hormone free sharp cheddar cheese, shredded
  6. 2 organic jalapenos, roasted and diced
  7. 2 tsp black pepper
  8. 1 tsp onion powder
  9. 1 tsp garlic powder
  1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees
  2. Combine all ingredients in a stand mixer or by hand, mix well
  3. Form mixture into 1 inch balls and place on a baking sheet with wire rack
  4. Bake for 18-20 minutes until golden brown
  5. Let rest 5 minutes before serving

Tomatillo Avocado Dip (Or Dressing)

  1. 12 tomatillos (roast and puree)
  2. 4-6 large avocados (puree)
  3. 4-8 cloves of garlic (puree)
  4. 1 onion (puree)
  5. 2 cups of Chicken or Vegetable stock
  6. Juice of 1 lemon
  7. 1 cup Olive oil
  8. 1 scoop of Udder Bliss Whey Protein
  9. Salt to taste
  1. Combine all ingredients.
  2. Chill for 1-2 hours before serving.

Udder Bliss Veggie Egg Bake

  1. 1 1/2 tablespoons olive oil
  2. 1 cup of cheddar cheese
  3. 1 cup of thawed spinach
  4. 1/2 cup chopped red bell pepper
  5. 1/3 cup chopped onion
  6. 1 tablespoon chopped fresh thyme
  7. 1/2 teaspoon salt -divided
  8. 1/4 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper, divided
  9. 2 garlic cloves, minced
  10. 1/2 cup chopped seeded tomato
  11. 1 scoop of Udder Bliss Whey Protein
  12. 10 large eggs
  1. Heat olive oil in a 10-inch nonstick broiler-proof skillet over medium heat. Add spinach, bell pepper, onion, thyme, 1/4 teaspoon salt, 1/8 teaspoon black pepper, and garlic. Cover and cook 7 minutes or until vegetables are tender, stirring occasionally. Stir in tomato. Cook, uncovered, for 5 minutes or until liquid evaporates.
  2. Combine eggs, Udder Bliss Whey Protein, remaining 1/4 teaspoon salt, and remaining 1/8 teaspoon black pepper in a medium bowl; stir with a whisk until frothy. Pour egg mixture into pan over vegetables, stirring gently. Top with mixture with 1 cup of cheese. Cover, reduce heat, and cook 15 minutes or until almost set in the center.
  3. Preheat broiler.
  4. Broil Veggie Egg Bake 3 minutes or until set. Invert onto a serving platter; cut into wedges.

Blissful Apple Spice Cake

  1. 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
  2. 1/2 cup Udder Bliss New Zealand Whey Protein Powder (Unflavored or Vanilla)
  3. 1 1/2 teaspoons baking powder
  4. 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
  5. 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  6. 1/4 teaspoon ground nutmeg
  7. 1/4 teaspoon ground cloves
  8. 1/4 teaspoon ground ginger
  9. 1/4 cup butter or margarine, softened
  10. 1/4 cup shortening
  11. 1 1/2 cups sugar
  12. 1/2 teaspoon vanilla
  13. 2 eggs
  14. 1/4 cup buttermilk or sour milk*
  15. 1 cup applesauce
  1. Grease a 13x9x2-inch baking pan or grease and lightly flour two 8x1-1/2-inch round baking pans; set pan(s) aside. Stir together flour, whey protein powder, baking powder, baking soda, cinnamon, nutmeg, cloves, and ginger; set aside.
  2. In a large mixing bowl beat butter and shortening with an electric mixer on medium to high speed for 30 seconds. Add sugar and vanilla; beat until well combined. Add eggs, one at a time, beating well after each. Add dry mixture, buttermilk and applesauce alternately to beaten mixture, beating on low speed after each addition just until combined. Pour into prepared pan(s).
  3. Bake in a 350 degree F oven for 35 to 40 minutes for 13x9-inch pan or 30 to 35 minutes for round pans or until a wooden toothpick comes out clean. Place 13x9-inch cake in pan on a wire rack; cool thoroughly. Or, cool layer cakes on wire racks for 10 minutes. Remove layer cakes from pans. Cool thoroughly on wire racks. Frost as desired.

Blissful Blueberry Muffins

  1. 1 cup almond milk
  2. 1 teaspoon apple cider vinegar
  3. 1 cup whole wheat flour
  4. ½ cup Udder Bliss Whey Protein, Vanilla
  5. 2 teaspoons baking powder
  6. ½ teaspoon baking soda
  7. ¼ teaspoon salt
  8. 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  9. 1/3 cup sugar
  10. 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  11. 1/3 cup apple sauce
  12. 1 ½ cups partially frozen blueberries
  1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
  2. Combine milk and vinegar in a liquid measuring cup, then stir and set aside.
  3. Combine all the dry ingredients in a large mixing bowl.
  4. Create a well in the middle of the bowl.
  5. Add the wet ingredients (except the berries) and stir until combined.
  6. Fold in the berries gently.
  7. Spray a muffin tin liberally with nonstick cooking spray, or use paper liners.
  8. Using a tablespoon or a cookie scoop, fill each well of the muffin tin 2/3 full.
  9. Bake 22-25 minutes, until a toothpick inserted in the middle comes out clean.

Kona Bliss Iced Mocha

  1. 2 cups of brewed Kona Coffee
  2. 8 ounces of Almond Milk
  3. 1 scoop of Udder Bliss Whey Protein, Chocolate

  2. Stir brewed Kona coffee into Almond milk and Udder Bliss mixture in a small pot.

  2. 1 cup almond milk
  3. 1/2 cup Udder Bliss chocolate protein powder
  4. 1/4 coconut oil

  6. 3 tbsp cocoa powder
  7. 1/4 cup mini dark chocolate chips
  8. 1/2 tsp baking powder

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
