Peppermint Chocolate Chip Protein Shake

Ingredients
  1. 1 Scoop Udder Bliss Whey Protein Chocolate
  2. 2 Tablespoons Cocoa Powder
  3. 1 Cup Cold Almond Milk
  4. ¼ Teaspoon of Peppermint Extract
  5. 4 Ice Cubes
  6. 1 Double Chocolate Chip Soleil Bar (broken into smaller pieces)
Instructions
  1. Blend all ingredients together until smooth.

Dark Chocolate Coconut Almond Bark

Ingredients
  1. 3 cups milk chocolate, bittersweet or dark chocolate chips
  2. 1 scoop of Udder Bliss Whey Protein Unflavored
  3. 1-2 Dark Chocolate Coconut Almond Soleil Bar(s) (broken into smaller crumbly pieces with a food processer)
  4. ½ cup toasted coconut
  5. 1 teaspoon of coarse sea salt
Instructions
  1. Melt the milk or dark chocolate using a double broiler.
  2. Stir until just melted.
  3. Next, stir the Whey Protein into the melted chocolate mixture. Fold in the crushed Soleil Bars.
  4. Spread the Chocolate mixture onto wax paper or foil. (Place wax paper into a small pan to help the chocolate take shape).
  5. Let this mixture set, but not harden completely.
  6. Sprinkle on the toasted coconut and the coarse sea salt.
  7. Place in the refrigerator for up to 4 hours or until chocolate is set.
  8. Use a large serrated knife to cut into squares.
Notes
  1. If you don’t have one, no worries! You can make one by filling a small saucepan with 3 inches of water and bringing it to a rolling boil. Then, remove it from heat and stack a second larger saucepan with your chocolate chips in it, on top. Stir until just melted.

  2. 8 ounces of Cream Cheese
  3. 1 ½ cups of Vanilla Unsweetened Almond Milk
  4. 1 tablespoon of Ground Cinnamon
  5. 1 Vanilla Almond Cashew Soleil Bar (broken into crumby pieces in a food processor)
Instructions
  1. Using an electric mixer, combine Udder Bliss Protein Powder, cream cheese and almond milk and cinnamon in a medium bowl.
  2. Mix ingredients until smooth.
  3. Fold in the crumbled Soleil Bar pieces.
  4. Serve with graham crackers.

Peanut Butter Chocolate Chip Protein Bites

  1. 1 cup of rolled oats
  2. ¼ cup of mini semi-sweet chocolate chips
  3. 1 Soleil Peanut Butter Chocolate Chip Bar (broken into crumby pieces in a food processor)
  4. ½ cup of peanut butter
  5. 1/3 cup of honey or agave nectar
Instructions
  1. Combine oats, chocolate chips, Soleil Bar, Peanut Butter and Honey in a food processor. (It’s best to continually drizzle in the honey to help everything come together.)
  2. Once mixture is smooth, use your hands to form into balls.
  3. Arrange bites on wax paper and place on a baking sheet.
  4. Put in the freezer for about 1 hour, or until they set.

Salted Caramel Pecan Protein Cheesecake

For The Base
  1. 3 Salted Caramel Pecan Soleil Bars (broken into crumby pieces in a food processor)
  2. ¼ cup of Peanut Butter
  3. 1/2 tablespoon of Honey
For The Filling
  1. 1 Salted Caramel Pecan Soleil Bar (broken into crumby pieces in a food processor)
  2. 500 grams of Greek Yogurt ( 1 large tub)
  3. 1/2 cup Liquid Egg Whites
  4. ½ cup Udder Bliss Whey Protein Powder, Vanilla
Instructions
  1. Set the oven to 350 degrees.
  2. To make the base, mix all of the base ingredients together in a small bowl.
  3. Using your hands, press the mix into the bottom of a 6 inch springform pan.
  4. To make your filling, combine the greek yogurt, egg whites and protein.
  5. Fold in the Soleil Bar crumbs.
  6. Pour the filling on the base in the spingform pan.
  7. Put pan in oven and back for 40-45 minutes until outside edges of cake are golden brown and center is slightly wobbly. Don’t cook center all the way through.
  8. Let cake cool for an hour and then refrigerate overnight.
