Hand Washing
Keep yourself and others healthy by washing your hands frequently for a minimum of 20 seconds.
Most people do not wash their hands properly. Overlooked and under-washed areas of the hand include:
- between the fingers,
- the fingertips,
- under the nails,
- and the back of the hand.
If you aren't scrubbing all areas of your hands, then they're not really clean. After washing and drying your hands completely, apply hand sanitizer to cover areas that might have been missed with soap and water. You can't be too safe.
