Can I make changes to my delivery schedule or delay shipping?

What if I need to cancel my autoship program?
You may cancel at any time, as long as your order has not shipped – you will not be billed for any further shipments.
What happens if my product is backordered or unavailable?
If an item is backordered, the item(s) will be delivered separately, at no extra cost to you, as soon as they are available.
How do I return product(s) if necessary?
Simply follow the return instructions printed on the packing slip in the box within 30 days, and you’ll receive a refund for the full purchase price. Sample boxes, opened DVDs, and digital purchases cannot be returned. Note that returning item(s) from your Autoship order does not cancel future delivery. To do this, you’ll have to adjust your order by calling Customer Service at (800) 866-2323.
