    Shake well before using. As a dietary supplement for adults, mix 1 or 2 ounces in a small glass of fruit or vegetable juice of your choice. Drink during or after meals, one to three times daily or as desired.

    Not sure about the rating. Minerals are important for sure. However i've been taking these minerals for a long time on and off. But, not sure if they work or not. Have been trying to get some information on the breakdown of the total percentage of each mineral is in the recommeded doses. Hav e been taking 2 oz a day.

    Shipping Next Day Air or Red Label Overnight:
    When you choose Next Day or Overnight delivery, the day you place your order does not count as a shipping day. Therefore, if you placed your order today, before 10 a.m. East Coast Time, for Overnight Delivery your package (if it is in stock) will be delivered the day after tomorrow. Of course, Saturday and Sunday do not count as delivery days. If you placed an order for Next Day service on a Friday, before 10 a.m. East Coast Time, it would ship on Monday and arrive on Tuesday. If destination country returns package to sender due to restrictions, unclaimed or denied delivery customer will be refunded difference between shipping & handling and original charge of order. Delivery time is a guideline for receipt at your customs office. International customers will be responsible for all customs fees, tariffs or duties, if required, and are not refundable by Hi-Health.
