I've tried everything, and I mean literally everything and nothing has ever worked like this product did for me. I lost 20lbs in 30 days, 5 within the first 2, which was mind blowing in itself. You have to have a committed mindset, which I did, but once you see the numbers on the scale, its highly motivating to keep going. After doing the maintenance diet and started incorporating regular foods, found myself missing the diet plan. This product helps in developing a habit of being mindful of what you eat and watching the caloric intake - which we should be doing in normal life...NOT GORGING, which I admit was part of my problem. But after the diet on this program, you feel the effects of being full. I'd shout it over the mountain tops for everyone to try it out. If you're ready, this is the product for you.

I felt great while taking it. Lost 10 lbs in 1 month. Never hungry, no side affects. My skin even looked better. I ran out a few days ago, but will buy some more this weekend. I want to lose 10 more lbs. I recommend this product. This one is the real deal when there are so many others being sold online. I trust Hi Health and their guarantee. I just ate a low calorie and very, very low carb diet and my body started shrinking. I haven't looked this thin in over 7 years. I am getting my body back.
