Massage 1/4 tsp (or 1 pump) onto skin each morning and evening. For menopause, use only 21 consecutive days a month, discontinue for 7 days and repeat. For menstruating women, use only 14 days beginning on the 12th day after the first day of menstrual flow. Rotate application between hips, buttocks, lower abdomen, upper chest, breast, thighs, and inside of forearms.

Of course, Saturday and Sunday do not count as delivery days. If you placed an order for Next Day service on a Friday, before 10 a.m. East Coast Time, it would ship on Monday and arrive on Tuesday. If you select overnight service, we may use a private carrier or other means to get it to you as promised. There are no refunds. No exceptions.

Canada Orders:
Please check your country's restrictions on specific supplements prior to placing your order, Hi-Health will be unable to ship any products restricted by destination country. If destination country returns package to sender due to restrictions, unclaimed or denied delivery customer will be refunded difference between shipping & handling and original charge of order. Delivery time is a guideline for receipt at your customs office. International customers will be responsible for all customs fees, tariffs or duties, if required, and are not refundable by Hi-Health.

If the product you’d like is on back order, we’ll partial-ship your order immediately, then send you the out-of-stock item on "our nickel", via ground service—at no shipping cost to you—when it becomes available.
