Here is a cough remedy formulated especially for children using safe, natural ingredients in a simple syrup with pleasant-tasting honey. Of course, a high fever or persistent coughing calls for a consultation with your doctor, but the irritating cough that goes with the common head cold has responded to this cough syrup for generations. Not for use with children under 1 year of age

Active Ingredients:
Aconitum Napellus 6X HPUS (hoarse, dry, croupy cough)
Antimonium Tartaricum 6X HPUS (moist cough)
Ipecacuanha 6X HPUS (spasmodic, gagging cough)
Spongia Tosta 6X HPUS (dry, barking cough)

Inactive Ingredients: Cane Sugar, Orange Honey, Purified Water USP, Sodium Benzoate N.F., Vegetable Glycerine USP.

Children under 1 year of age: Consult a licensed health care professional before using this product
Children 1 to 6 years: 1 teaspoon up to 6 times daily (every 4 hours) or as directed by a licensed health care professional.
Children 6 to under 12 years: 2 teaspoons up to 6 times daily (every 4 hours) or as directed by a licensed health care professional.
Adults and children over 12 years: 3 teaspoons up to 6 times daily (every 4 hours) or as directed by a licensed health care professional.


Remember, honey should not be given to children under the age of 1 year without first consulting a doctor.
As with any drug, ask a doctor before use if pregnant or nursing. Consult a physician if:
  • symptoms persist for more than 7 days or worsen
  • cough tends to recur or is accompanied by a high fever, rash or persistent headache

  • Keep this and all medications out of the reach of children.
    Do not use this product for persistent or chronic cough such as occurs with asthma, smoking or emphysema; or if cough is accompanied with excessive mucus, unless directed by a licensed health care professional.
    A persistent cough may be a sign of a serious condition.
    Do not use if imprinted tamper band is broken or missing. In case of accidental overdose, contact a poison control center immediately.

    Shipping Next Day Air or Red Label Overnight:

    Canada Orders:
    Please check your country's restrictions on specific supplements prior to placing your order, Hi-Health will be unable to ship any products restricted by destination country. If destination country returns package to sender due to restrictions, unclaimed or denied delivery customer will be refunded difference between shipping & handling and original charge of order. Delivery time is a guideline for receipt at your customs office. International customers will be responsible for all customs fees, tariffs or duties, if required, and are not refundable by Hi-Health.
