If destination country returns package to sender due to restrictions, unclaimed or denied delivery customer will be refunded difference between shipping & handling and original charge of order. Delivery time is a guideline for receipt at your customs office. International customers will be responsible for all customs fees, tariffs or duties, if required, and are not refundable by Hi-Health.
