Udo's Oil™ 3-6-9 Blend combines DHA-rich algae with a special formulation of natural, unrefined oils from fresh, certified organic flax, sunflower, sesame and evening primrose seeds as well as oils from coconut, rice and bran.
Udo's research over the years indicates that the best results come consistently from oils blended to be richer in omega-3 than omega-6, in a 2:1 ratio. Udo's oil contains the proper 2:1 ratio; while fish oils and flax oils do not.
Udo's Oil™ DHA 3-6-9 Blend is made with health in mind, unlike super market cooking oils, which are highly processed for long shelf life. All ingredients in Udo?s oils are grown and processed without chemicals.
For optimum freshness, these products are sealed in non-reactive recyclable amber glass bottles to avoid damage from heat and light. Vegan-friendly, Udo's Oil™ DHA 3-6-9 Blend is hexane- and GMO-free.

Shipping Next Day Air or Red Label Overnight:
When you choose Next Day or Overnight delivery, the day you place your order does not count as a shipping day. Therefore, if you placed your order today, before 10 a.m. East Coast Time, for Overnight Delivery your package (if it is in stock) will be delivered the day after tomorrow. Of course, Saturday and Sunday do not count as delivery days. If you placed an order for Next Day service on a Friday, before 10 a.m. East Coast Time, it would ship on Monday and arrive on Tuesday. If you select overnight service, we may use a private carrier or other means to get it to you as promised. There are no refunds. No exceptions.

Canada Orders:
Please check your country's restrictions on specific supplements prior to placing your order, Hi-Health will be unable to ship any products restricted by destination country. If destination country returns package to sender due to restrictions, unclaimed or denied delivery customer will be refunded difference between shipping & handling and original charge of order. Delivery time is a guideline for receipt at your customs office. International customers will be responsible for all customs fees, tariffs or duties, if required, and are not refundable by Hi-Health.
"Our Nickel" Shipping Policy:
If the product you’d like is on back order, we’ll partial-ship your order immediately, then send you the out-of-stock item on "our nickel", via ground service—at no shipping cost to you—when it becomes available.
