For Males: As a dietary supplement, take 1-2 scoops (equaling approx. 22-44 grams of protein) with 8-10 oz of cold water or any beverage of your choice respectively. Use approximately 4-5 oz of liquid per 1 scoop of powder. Vary the amount of liquid to achieve your desired flavor and consistency. Drink 1-4 servings daily, or as needed to satisfy your protein or muscle enhancing requirements. To increase your protein intake per serving and to achieve an amazing milk shake taste, use non-fat or low fat milk. For Females: As a dietary supplement, take 1 scoop (equaling approx 22 grams of protein) with 4-5 oz of cold water or any beverage of your choice. Shipping Next Day Air or Red Label Overnight:
When you choose Next Day or Overnight delivery, the day you place your order does not count as a shipping day. Therefore, if you placed your order today, before 10 a.m. East Coast Time, for Overnight Delivery your package (if it is in stock) will be delivered the day after tomorrow. Of course, Saturday and Sunday do not count as delivery days. If you placed an order for Next Day service on a Friday, before 10 a.m. East Coast Time, it would ship on Monday and arrive on Tuesday. If you select overnight service, we may use a private carrier or other means to get it to you as promised. There are no refunds. No exceptions.

Canada Orders:
Please check your country's restrictions on specific supplements prior to placing your order, Hi-Health will be unable to ship any products restricted by destination country. If destination country returns package to sender due to restrictions, unclaimed or denied delivery customer will be refunded difference between shipping & handling and original charge of order. Delivery time is a guideline for receipt at your customs office. International customers will be responsible for all customs fees, tariffs or duties, if required, and are not refundable by Hi-Health.
"Our Nickel" Shipping Policy:
If the product you’d like is on back order, we’ll partial-ship your order immediately, then send you the out-of-stock item on "our nickel", via ground service—at no shipping cost to you—when it becomes available.
